Who are we?
Kitsap Country Homes is a full service residential property management company
specializing and focused in the management of single family homes and condominiums. Our
program is designed to assist owners of quality homes who elect to lease them. Special
emphasis is placed on property preservation, quality tenants, and reduced vacancy time.
Kitsap Country Homes' mission is to bring quality tenants and owners together in San Diego
with professional, courteous, hassle free property management, tailored to the needs of
our clients.

Broker
Jim Holmes, as a San Diego State University graduate in Business Administration/Real
Estate and a California Real Estate Broker, I owned and operated a successful property
management company and maintenance business in Southern California. Prior to my years in
college, I had four years of ground up construction experience. I was emersed and trained
in the plumbing, drywall/plaster, finish carpentry and other trades. This experience, in
conjunction with my degree has enabled me to train and personally supervise a team of
handymen and rental turnover specialists for the properties that I managed. Since moving
to Bainbridge Island in 1992, I've been a licensed Washington State Real Estate broker. My
office is located in downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island. My family home is in North
Kitsap. My small, specialized service area allows me to devote personal attention to each
property managed. Knowledge of this area and over 20 years of experience in the field of
management and maintenance of rental properties provides me the expertise to care for your
most important material asset: your home. The office is fully staffed with full-time
employees. Each staff member is screened for maturity, sound judgement and dependability.
